If you download the pdf or excel file at the end of the post, it will give you a list of all of the ingredients for the 52 weeks. We have calculated it for 2 adults, so in the end if you've purchased every item in the list you should have a basic starter 1 year supply of food for 2 adults.

		<description>I have been looking this website over for weeks now and I am so impressed.  I do have one questions though.  Are the food amounts for the 52 week plan for one person?  A family of four?  How many people will it feed and I assume that it is for a years supply?  Thanks, this will be of great help to the families in my ward.</description>
