Peanut Butter Balls
(Maria Rasmussen prepared this for anyone to taste during the 2008 Stake Emergency Preparedness Fair in Pleasant Grove, UT)
Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
1 cup dry powdered milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Preparation:
Mix together all ingredients and form into balls and refrigerate. Optional: you can also add coconut, chocolate chips, dip into fondue, raisins, etc…
Eat and enjoy!
